Refund policy

DEADLINE

The deadline for requesting returns due to regret is up to 7 calendar days after receiving the purchase.


CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING ITEMS

The product must be sent in its original packaging, with the label attached, with no signs of the product seal being broken, with no signs of use, and it must not be open or worn.

Returned products must be accompanied by the printed DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document). 

The consumer is responsible for any misuse of the goods or damage caused by their sole fault, in accordance with articles 12, III and 14, § 3 of the Consumer Protection Code.

Upon receipt of the product, our quality team will check what has been sent.

If it is found that the conditions for return have been met, we will provide a credit or refund for the value of the products following the guidelines above.


FAULTY PRODUCT

First of all, we're sorry about what happened.

You have up to 30 days to initiate this service. Please contact us at cc@paisage.co, sending photos of the products. In this case, you can opt for a credit voucher or a refund.

We only replace products that are damaged or have a manufacturing defect that prevents them from being used correctly.


EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges for products on sale.

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the exchange. Freight costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Gift cards are not refundable or returnable.

We do not exchange product for product. In our system, we have an exchange option where the value of the product becomes a credit on our site and can be used for a new order, or a refund of the value in the same payment method used for the purchase.

The credit voucher is valid for 3 months.

The deadline for resolving exchanges is up to 10 working days after receipt of the product by Paisage.

Note: There is no guarantee that the color will be available in stock, nor is it possible to reserve products.


REFUNDS

If a refund is requested for the above cases, it will be made as follows:

Credit card: the refund will follow the rules of the card company used for the purchase. The refund may take place on up to two subsequent invoices.

Boleto Bancário/Transfer/PIX: the full or partial amount of the purchase will be refunded to the current account held by the person responsible for the order.

Reimbursement may take place within 30 days of the date of reply to the analysis of the returned product.


INVOLUNTARY RETURN

If the order is returned by the delivery company with the following situations: “invalid address”, “unknown recipient”, “moved”, “owner not found” or similar situation, the cost of resending the order will be the responsibility of the consumer.


FINAL CONSIDERATIONS

Products returned without prior communication, after the deadline or without accompanying items/accessories will be sent back to the consumer without prior notice.

Returned products must not have undergone any alterations or modifications of any kind.

All products will be analyzed in advance and if a defect is found or if any of the return conditions described are not met, the product will be sent back to the customer.
