We do not carry out international deliveries.

Paisage has 2 logistics partners for deliveries throughout Brazil: Borzo for express deliveries and JadLog for deliveries throughout the national territory.
Express deliveries are only made in some regions of the city of São Paulo and will be sent on the next business day of purchase. See the regions served here .

If you received a damaged product or had a problem with it during use, you can return it within 30 (thirty) calendar days, counting from receipt of the product for purchases made on the Paisage website. The product in question must be in the original packaging, accompanied by the DANFE (document auxiliary to the electronic invoice).
Exchanges due to receipt of an incorrect product or withdrawal may be requested up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To request the return or exchange of your order, you must send an email to cc@paisage.co along with the order number, product batch and name of the item you wish to exchange or return. We will send you the postage code so you can return the merchandise. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, without any type of violation. All original seals and labels must be intact, and all products must be in perfect condition along with the original coupon, 1st copy of the invoice or DANFE with the justification for the return described on the back. The product must be sent in sealed packaging that adequately protects it against damage during transport. The product must not show any damage or signs of use (except in the case of replacement due to defect), washing or modification. The returned product will undergo quality analysis upon arrival at our shipping department. This analysis may take up to 10 business days from the arrival of the product. After analysis, you will receive an email with instructions for refunding the amount.

We accept returns within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving your order. The refund of the amount is made according to the payment method used at the time of closing the purchase, that is, if you paid for your order with a bank slip or debit, we will refund the amount to your account within 15 business days. upon confirmation of the return (remembering that the refund will only be made to the account of the order holder). If the method chosen for the purchase in question was a credit card, we will refund the amount that will appear on up to two subsequent invoices from the date of confirmation of the return.
